Made the best Aloo Ghobi…….spicy potatoes and cauliflower , delicious. The cauliflower was white and firm and didn’t turn to ‘mush’ when cooked!! 😋
Always a good size and flavour. It's been interesting getting the different types that have come in through the seasons. Great for curry, bhaji's or rubbed with spices and just roasted.
Quality veggie. Large enough to provide additions to a few meals, the green leaves are excellent for use in stir fries so don't waste 'em!
