How to cook cabbage
There are many ways to cook cabbage, here are a few popular methods:

Boiling: Cut the cabbage into wedges and boil in a large pot of salted water for about 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and serve.

Steaming: Cut the cabbage into wedges and place in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Serve with butter or a vinaigrette.
