These Chestnut Mushrooms are perfect, great quality, very tasty. I really enjoyed these, perfect un-cooked in a salad, and cooked with cream and garlic on toast. Yum
I've cooked these mushrooms in several ways. For example, in Chinese stir-fries and I've roasted them and blended them into a mushroom and cream cheese pate. However I've cooked them they have retained their great flavour. I can't get enough of them!
