How to store pak choi

The best way to store pak choi is to keep it in the refrigerator, in a plastic bag or wrapped in paper towel to keep it dry and prevent it from wilting. Pak choi can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

It's important to handle pak choi with care, as the leaves can be delicate and bruise easily. If you see any signs of damage or yellowing, it's best to use it as soon as possible.

If you have cut pak choi and have leftovers, it's best to wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

It's also possible to freeze pak choi for later use, but it's important to blanch it first, by boiling it for 2-3 minutes, then plunge it in an ice water bath, then drain it and store it in an airtight container or a resealable plastic bag for up to 8 months in the freezer.

When storing pak choi, it's important to keep it away from ethylene-producing fruits, such as apples and bananas, as the ethylene gas can cause it to ripen faster.
