From van to plate in 20 minutes!
I had not bought any boxes for a while and the mixed box was of the same high quality as before. Most of the veggies did not get unpacked, they went straight from the box into a korma. Apples from the 'fridge for dessert rounded off a fantastically fresh dinner.
