How to cook kale
Kale can be cooked in many ways, here are a few popular methods:

Sautéing: To sauté kale, heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for a minute, then add the kale, and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. You can also add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
